One of the biggest points of shame for many of us is when we know we are holding ourselves back, treating our health like shit and not being who we want to be … but we can’t seem to stop. The umbrella term for this is ‘self-sabotage’ And it’s something I have coached 1000s of women on, including myself. What I have found over and over, is that none of us wake up and consciously choose to sabotage or limit ourselves.
