Ian Cook is recognized for his leadership and insight in the area of workforce analytics and planning. Ian is currently the vice president of people analytics at Visier where he helps customers drive organizational change through linking workforce analysis to business outcomes. He is responsible for the workforce domain expertise within the Visier solutions. Prior to joining Visier, Ian built Canada's leading source of HR Benchmarking data. His knowledge and expertise come from 10+ years of consulting with global companies. Ian holds an MA from Edinburgh University (UK), an MBA from Lancaster University (UK).
