Shahar is the Managing Director of Power in Diversity, an initiative founded by a group of leading VCs to promote diversity and inclusion in the startup ecosystem. Her previous roles include managing the 9900 Alumni Association and working as a Process Engineer in the Semiconductor industry. Shahar holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, as well as a certification in Strategy Consulting.
