Shaara Roman is author of “The Conscious Workplace” and founder and CEO of The Silverene Group, a culture consulting firm that is on a mission to help build better, more inclusive workplaces. Previously, Shaara held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies. Born in India, schooled in Nigeria and England, and having lived in Greece before coming to the US, Shaara uses her global experience as the foundation for crafting strategies to improve culture, workforce quality, and operations across a multitude of disciplines in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Shaara also serves on several advisory and nonprofit boards, she’s a charismatic speaker, and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University.
