A higher level of consciousness

In this episode I share with you my candid and raw experience of moving through a massive upleveling of consciousness. I use myself as the guinea pig to explore the most common ways that we limit our own growth instead of supporting it, and how to flip the switch on that, so that growth and expansion happen so much more easily that we're used to.
