His PB’s include: 1500m 3:46:14 3000m 8:03:76 5000m 14:02:92 3K Steeplechase 8:38:54 He recently transitioned into marathon running, his first marathon he was a pacer for the 2020 Great Britain Olympic marathon trials. In October 2021 he is competing in the elite field for the 2021 Virgin Money London Marathon.
