#45 - Teaching Strategies Webinar: Aaron Anderson & Jonny MacWhirter

This week we have put a different spin on the podcast by hosting a webinar for PE students across the country. Joining us for this episode was former podcast guest Aaron Anderson (PE Teacher at Madras College) and Jonny MacWhirter (DHT at Beeslack Academy). Today's episode was looking at the release of Aaron's book on teaching strategies for delivering Higher PE. Aaron shares some good insight into some of the strategies within the book and how he has applied them within his context. Jonny talks to us about the whole school remote learning approach he is trialling in his school to help the pupils feel less overwhelmed with online learning and shares some excellent advice for student teachers going forward. Another episode filled with actionable points that student and current PE teachers can benefit from.
