#46 - Formative Assessment with Menno Slingerland

Menno Slingerland is a physical education teacher educator and researcher in the School of Sport Studies at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands. He holds a PhD in human movement sciences from Maastricht University. Before starting at Fontys University he worked as a PE teacher in secondary school. His teaching and research interests mainly focus on assessment, student motivation, teacher professional development and teacher education within the context of physical education. Today we chat with Menno on all things formative assessment and how we can best utilise this within the context of PE teaching.
