This week we are joined by PE Lecturer from Stirling University Joe Cowley. Joe was a PE Teacher/sport science lecturer and has worked cross sector before his current post at Stirling University. We covered a variety of topics in today's episode including: cooperative learning when teaching cross country, why there is such a massive decline in physical activity after the age of 16, and sporting careers for young people over and above PE teaching.
