Today's guest is Matthew Gallagher who is a colleague and good friend of mine. Matthew has been teaching for 4 years now including his probation year which he completed in North Lanarkshire. We have Matthew joining us tonight to talk to us about his experiences within his probation year and he is going to answer a few questions created by the 4th year students at Edinburgh university who will be heading out into their probation year this August.
