#89 - The Teaching Delusion with Bruce Robertson

This week on the AWBOE podcast we are joined by Head Teacher and Author of the Teaching Delusion Trilogy, Bruce Robertson. Bruce is currently the Head Teacher of Berwickshire High School in the Scottish Borders and his area of expertise lies in improving the quality of teaching and learning within schools. Bruce shares his thoughts on what makes high quality teaching and learning and how we can strive to improve this within our schools. We discuss the value of a strong professional learning culture within school and how the use of a lesson evaluation toolkit can be an ideal starting point to help improve our teaching at both a personal level and throughout the wider school.
