Julianna Murciano is a PE teacher and Rugby coach in New Zealand. She has coached Rugby for over 20 years with 10 of those years coaching at a top women’s club in Scotland. Eventually she was head coach for Scotland’s women and took them to two six nation campaigns. We get Julianna's thoughts on how we could increase participation in rugby in our schools.
