A Wee Bit of Everything - Ep 9: An interview with Stephanie Bukovec (Ajax Ladies Goalkeeper)

This week we had the pleasure of interviewing Ajax ladies goalkeeper, Stephanie Bukovec. During this interview we delve into how information is gathered on Steph's fitness and performance levels and how this information is then used to shape her training when playing at the top level. We also find out how she monitors her progress throughout the season. We touch on the mental factor of concentration and how she, as a goalkeeper manages to keep her focus throughout a whole 90 minute game, especially during times when her team has the bulk of possession. We end this episode with our usual quick fire round of 3 questions where she offers advice to aspiring young female footballers.
