Setting Boundaries is Not Selfish
Above The Mean - A podcast by Veronica Thompson

Welcome to another solo episode! This episode marks the conclusion of the Learning to love and understand ourselves series. In this episode I want to talk about; setting boundaries aka having healthy relationships with others. From childhood, we’re often taught to bend and mold ourselves to make others comfortable. So it’s no wonder some of us find it difficult to set appropriate boundaries as we get older.
It’s not easy to set boundaries, we don’t often get pleasure telling others no. But we do it because it’s healthy for ourselves. In this episode listen as I explore the different types of boundaries, give some life examples as well as tips on how to set healthy boundaries with others so that you can begin to foster healthy and happy relationships.
