Art not only provides people with a means of expression, but also helps to promote relaxation and mindfulness. As well as enhancing self-esteem and self-awareness. Overall, art and creativity can be valuable tools for improving mental health and managing anxiety. Incorporating creative activities into a regular self-care routine can provide a sense of purpose and meaning, as well as promote a sense of well-being and balance.
