#81 In conversation with Dr Marisa Garshick, board-certified Dermatologist

Acne Stories - A podcast by Jeanne R

Today, I'm glad to welcome Dr Marisa Garshick who has been working as a board-certified Dermatologist in New York City for 6 years and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Cornell. In addition to her medical training, she completed a research fellowship at Harvard Medical School and is regularly featured in media outlets. Marisa is the first dermatologist invited on the podcast and you will see how passionate she is about her job. I grab the opportunity to ask her my questions about hormonal acne, as well as Accutane and some skincare tips while taking the treatment. Later in the episode, we will also talk about solutions to prevent and treat acne scarring. Get ready to meet an incredible dermatologist and to learn more about your skin... enjoy listening!  Should you have any questions for Marisa, feel free to get in touch with her across her Instagram page @drmarisagarshick  Acne Stories is a podcast that breaks the ice and raises awareness about a skin condition that matters.
