Overwhelm took over—grief for my grandfather, tension with my partner, the weight of the world’s suffering. 😔 I found myself on the bathroom floor, purging all the emotions I’ve been holding in. This season has been intense, and I hit my edge. But I’m reminded that sometimes falling apart is necessary. It's in the breakdown that we allow space for something deeper to emerge. 💥 Navigating the Emotional Storm: How Overwhelm Became My Teacher Panic and overwhelm aren’t enemies—they’re part of the human experience. Even the most devoted spiritual practitioners aren’t immune to life’s chaos. Last night was my edge, but this morning brought clarity. I took an ice bath to ground myself and am about to burn a massive pile of debris in the yard—symbolic of all I’m releasing. 🔥 I’m learning that it’s okay to not be okay, that spiritual practice is about holding space for all of it—the mess, the beauty, the release.
