The spiritual journey isn’t always about moving on or transforming quickly. 🌊 Sometimes, it’s about stretching the in-between, feeling the sadness, and just being in it without rushing to fix it. I took a deep breath and sat with the discomfort, and in those moments, I found something I’d forgotten—stillness. 💥 Breathwork for the Stuck Moments: A Practice to Ease the Overwhelm Today, I shared a simple breath practice, one that’s been my go-to when my mind’s racing, or I’m feeling agitated. 🧘‍♀️ It’s not about escaping, but about coming back into the body, holding at the top and bottom of the breath to create space. Sometimes, the real work isn’t in ‘getting over it’ but in finding the pause—lengthening that stillness between thoughts. 🌬️
