Meet the supporters of Body Modification practitioner Brendan "Mac" McCarthy aka Dr Evil - given a jail sentence of 40 months for GBH. He detached the ear of one client, removed a nipple from another and split the tongue of a third. All the customers asked for the procedures and none complained to the police.
