In addition to traveling to Tokyo, Emily also made a stop in Kyoto which was formerly the capital of Japan and is it’s 7th largest city. The city is dedicated to preserving traditions like tea ceremonies, Geisha’s, and flower arranging, while still being a modern bustling city of over 1.4 million people.
