How to make seed bombs

Flowers are blossoming all over the place at the moment, but there are still areas that are just a bit... dull. Seed bombs have been taking off online at the moment, a fun thing to do with kids, but just as fun for adults too. They can be lobbed over fences on abandoned land, down gullies, or up on banks that are too hard to access to plant a garden on.
