Māori have a rich history of designing homes, clothes, vehicles and tools - why should that be discontinued? That's the question that drives Dr Johnson Witehira and Jamie Prier of the new toy brand Paku. The Wellington designers and old friends combined skills to create kid-friendly versions of traditional Māori tools from recycled nylon.
