People in real estate come from all walks of life, and that allows us to bring our expertise into our current businesses. Simple cosmetic changes, like new countertops, cabinets, and a fresh coat of paint can do wonders for a property without breaking the bank. How to get started if you’re new to construction: Not having experience in construction shouldn’t hold investors back from fix and flips.
