[02:31] - Christina explains how asking questions during an interview allows the candidate to interview the company to see if it's a good fit for you. [02:48] - Brian shares that having questions prepared shows a level of preparedness and readiness for the interview to determine if the company is the right fit for you, especially in today's job market with increased layoffs.
