HPQ Silicon $HPQ.ca $HPQFF is a cutting edge Canadian producer of high value-added silicon products sought after by battery and electric vehicle manufacturers, among other industries. $HPQ is the only company bringing a new process for manufacturing Silicon to market that is perfectly suited to the new demands and realities of today’s Silicon market.  Specifically, with ESG principles playing an active role in materials sourcing - and with recent geopolitical unrest emphasizing the need for stable supply security - global corporations are becoming more aware of the difficulties in securing ESG-compliant Silicon to meet their renewable energy agenda. In layman’s terms, current but outdated silicon production processes are dirty, expensive and environmentally unfriendly to say the least.  Any EV Manufacturer of Battery Maker can’t claim to be clean energy compliant if it sources dirty silicon. Late last year  $HPQ.CA announced Its Gen3 Pilot Plant Produced Silicon … which is considered to be a major milestone by the Company, which stated as follows:  This first successful process improvement test is the most significant of the program to date… During the test, quartz material was successfully converted into Silicon, a process that validates that the GEN3 can also produce Silicon material. THE MASSIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR THIS NEW CLEAN AND CHEAPER PROCESS TO PRODUCE SILICON - 7 NDA’S AND A 1 MILLION TON SUPPLY DEFICIT The reality of chronic underinvestment in silicon production combined with the unstoppable mission by the United States and other developed nations to onshore Silicon production capacity, is creating massive opportunities for HPQ and the processes it is developing with PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (PYR:NASDAQ) The Company’s innovative process permitting the one-step transformation of quartz into high purity silicon at reduced costs, energy input, and carbon footprint is the common denominator for at least seven (7) NDAs with EV manufacturers, battery makers and other high-value materials companies. And those NDAs are important because the Company now expects to produce and deliver samples of its ESG compliant, high purity silicon to these companies in the next few months. It’s timing couldn’t be better with silicon expected to reach a 1,000,000 ton annual supply deficit in the coming years. PLANS IN PLACE FOR SILICON BASED BATTERY MATERIAL PRODUCTION IN NORTH AMERICA In order to begin the process of helping close that deficit, $HPQ.ca announced that they are in Early-Stage Planning for a Silicon-Based Battery Material Production Line in North America in 2024 targeting 200 tonnes per year and $US 6,000,000 in sales using the current price of $US 30/Kg … with the intention of building up its North American capacity more than 10X that amount to 2,500 tonnes per year  of High Purity Silicon produced by its Gen4 PUREVAP Quartz Reduction Reactor (QRR) as feedstock for a battery material production line, among other applications. Subsequently, the company announced that GEN3 PUREVAP™ QRR Pilot Plant Validation: Purity and Process Milestones Reached Ahead of Schedule 2 MAJOR MILESTONES REACHED Purity of Silicon material produced during first round of testing exceeds 99.5% and represents the best commercially available purity threshold QRR Successfully attained semi-continuous batch production milestones But wait there’s more… Last month the company announced Delivery of First Batch Silicon Material Samples to World-Leading High-Performance Material Company The first batch samples of micron size 4N+ Silicon powder materials were delivered to a world-leading High-Performance Material Company under NDA. 4N+ Silicon is an essential material used as feedstock to produce high-value Silicon materials like Silicon Nitride.  Today, the company announced further progress as Gen3 PUREVAP™ QRR Pilot Plant Update Process Validation Continues Moving Forward. Now, sit back relax and Listen to this powerful Interview with CEO Bernard Tourillon.
