Are You Doing it Right? Two Lessons from my Coaching Course for Aid Workers

I am excited to share with you two lessons from the first level of my digital coaching course, The Aid Worker's Guide to Successful Coaching 101.  After experiencing these two lessons my students' most common reaction is: "Wow, I thought this whole time I was practicing coaching, but I wasn't!"
