Your Inspirational Year to Becoming a Better Leader

Last week we reflected on who we became as a leader over the last year and how it helped us achieve what we have so far. This week we focus on how to achieve what we want for the next year (our "one thing") and how you can create weekly actions to do so. Your resulting "one thing" and the weekly actions you can take should leave you feeling inspired and motivated to get started on becoming your next version of yourself as a leader. Here are the reflection questions: 1. State the "one thing" you want to achieve this year that will make you proud as a supervisor and your team proud and define how you know you will have achieved it by the end of the year - what evidence will you have? 2. In order to achieve this "one thing" who will you have to become as a leader?  (for example, how will you think, feel and act differently?) 3. Based on last episode's reflection part of the exercise, what can you used that worked well to achieve what you have accomplished this year in order to achieve your "one thing" this coming year? 4. What are three things that if you do on a weekly basis will lead to you achieving your "one thing" this year? Have fun with this and feel free to share your resulting plan with me!
