Friendship: The awkward art of critical feedback

The incredible and incredibly difficult mitzvah of rebuking people who have deviated from proper values challenges us to the core. At a time when "pluralism" reigns and everyone gets to decide their own values - how am I allowed to say anything at all? And yet, the mitzvah stands.
