SHRM’s Tony Lee is joined by employment mavens JoDee Curtis and Susan White to discuss the shift in employees’ willingness to relocate for their jobs. Historically, relocation was accepted as part and parcel to having a career, but in recent years, paid employee relocations have fallen. Likewise, approximately half of all workers in the U.S. are saying that they are not willing to move for their professions.
