Many secondhand stores are bursting with t-shirts, especially single-use promotional shirts you’d get at events like races, conferences, sporting events, or fundraisers. Inspired by research we came across from the OR Foundation, we explore what happens to many single-use shirts that don’t sell at thrift stores and the impact they have on clothing waste around the world.
