Pursuit - Pursuit on the North Sea

London police are on the trail of a smuggling operation.  But there seems to be a leak in the department because every time a trap is set it is sprung without success.  The job of finding the leak and ending the smuggling falls to Inspector Peter Black, Scotland Yard.
