Reuben is the master of all things sand in Galveston, serving as the Director of Operations or the Park Board of Trustees, the entity charged with maintaining the Island's beaches. Reuben walks us through the Sand Management Plan and how the Galveston, with strong partnerships with the General Land Office and the US Army Corps of Engineers, has managed to rebuild its beaches and keep them that way.
