U.S. official: Hamas has command node under Al-Shifa hospital

The director of Al-Shifa hospital, the largest in Gaza, says its essential units have collapsed and conditions are “catastrophic.” Fuel reserves have run out leaving the facility unable to function. A U.S. official says Hamas has a command node underneath the hospital and is using fuel intended to keep it running while its fighters regularly cluster in and around the facility.
