Utah's QB Cam Rising is expected to be OUT for Game 1 vs. Florida. Rising is recovering from a torn ACL suffered in last year's Rose Bowl Game. (0:00-3:06) The College Football Playoff Committee met for the first time since all of the realignment, and nothing really crazy came out of it.
