How to....use the phrasal verb "break down"

Break down is a beautiful and fascinating phrasal verb that has multiple meanings and I wanted  to share it with you. I've been looking at this phrasal verb recently in my classes and it gave me the inspiration.Some of the meanings are very common and useful at work too. I like to teach you things that are unusual and interesting but also those where you are going to have a high ROI.
