Connecting with your Spirit Guides explicitly and formally - Introduction and explanation

Here I describe and explain a ritual that I have devised for formally and explicitly connecting with your personal Spiritual Guidance Team.   Please do the grounding ritual and then do the clearing and protection ritual (in that order) before practicing this ritual, or before doing any ritual, for that matter.
