A few points regarding the hereafter are covered in this lesson; Who exactly are the companions? We confirm that the first rightful Kalifah (caliph or successor) of the Messenger of Allah (ṣallā llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) was Abu Bakr because of his superiority to the entire Ummah; then, Umar Ibn Al-Khattab; Then Uthman; then Ali ibn Abu Talib. These are the Kulafa al-Rashidun (the rightly guided caliph) and the rightly guided imams We believe the ten the Messenger of Allah (ṣallā llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) named and promised paradise will be in paradise, according time to the testimony of the messenger of Allah who spoke the truth. They are: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Talha, Al Zubayr, Sa’d, Sai’d, Abdul-Rahman ibn Awf And Abu Ubaydah ib al-jarrah, the trustee of this ummah.
