Medical Astrology led Lara to the Acutonics system of energetic medicine, which involves the use of tuning forks corresponding to planetary and other sound frequencies.  Lara has had 104 hours of training accredited by the Acutonics Institute of Integrative Medicine, LLC, having completed Acutonics Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4.  She is a YOGA ALLIANCE Registered Yoga Teacher, and is specifically certified to teach Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation, and Rocket Yoga.
