Friendship and Isolation - One for the Parents!

Its tough at times being a parent of youngsters with autism.  It can be a very lonely world as a carer.  Especially during Covid, these feelings have really come to the fore.  Isolation because of cases at school have definitely affected my ability to grab a bit of time for myself and I've really found that very tough.  Read about an experience in a pharmacy where I came across a young mum struggling.  I really hope she's doing ok!
