Our journey through education still continues to be difficult at times but if you are a parent like myself with youngsters with special needs, you'll know that already.  I hope my charting of what this is like will be informative and if you've been through the minefield then hopefully, it will be a relief for you to know that others experience challenges too.  You can only be the best you can be when deciding on the best provision for your child.  We had the benefit of supportive people around us and I hope you do too!
