JAYSON WALLER UNLEASHED - A podcast by Jayson Waller

Today on the show Jayson talks with John LeBlanc about following your gut to make decisions in life. Jayson has built 3 different businesses while following his intuition and has learned to build that skill which he uses every day. Jayson talks about when he grew up, he had to follow his intuition every day, learning the difference between good and bad decisions. Letting go of someone in your business is never an easy decision, but most of the time it’s a necessary one. Jayson talks about valuing someone who is willing to learn, and has a good attitude higher than someone with more experience, and the fact that getting rid of the people with bad attitudes is vital to building a successful culture in your company. Powerhome Solar kept their doors open during the Covid-19 pandemic, they also started pushing more batteries, those are a few examples of the decisions that Jayson has had to make by simply following what he thought was right.  Sometimes the decision isn’t exactly clear, it’s up to you to make the tough decisions to build a successful business and life!   Links:   Follow True Underdog on IG: www.instagram.com/true_underdog Reach out to Jayson directly at [email protected] Follow Jayson on Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jayson-waller-/ Follow Jayson on Instagram: www.instagram.com/jaysonwallerbam Check out our website to meet the team, view show notes and transcripts: www.trueunderdog.com Apply for a chance to receive a $10,000 business grant: https://trueunderdog.com/underdog-achievers-program/   Timestamps:   4:14 - Podcast Success on Intuition 8:24 - Controlling Your Intuition 11:04 - Trust Your Gut 14:04 - Adjusting to Different People 15:42 - Sharpening Your Intuition 21:38 - Failing Intuition 26:08 - Contingency Planning 30:11 - You Can’t Please Everyone 33:03 - You Should’ve Fired Them Every Time 35:06 - Better Attitude, Better Employee 39:44 - Work Ethic Can’t Be Taught 42:12 - Grading Your Employees Growth Learn more about your ad choices.
