As a survivor of psychological and psychiatric abuse, Ali spent decades being told she had a mental illness, and was on a devastating roller coaster of treatments, psychiatric wards, and psychotropic drugs that almost drove her to take her own life. When she finally found a doctor who told her she did not have a mental illness, it changed everything and empowered her to finally heal herself. Unfortunately her story is not that uncommon, so now Ali inspires others as a ferocious truth-seeker and truth-teller.
