Our entire life is a reflection of the things we do over and over and since most of our patterns are subconscious we don’t even question them. If we’re not conscious of our daily habits, we are under someone or something else’s control. The key to building better habits is to find the habits that aren’t contributing to a better future and replace them with those that will.
