Episode 71: Aging. Grey hair & Botox...No Rules

Beautiful Soul-Led Life Podcast - A podcast by Tara Marino - Fridays

The topic of aging is something that’s so front and center in society, and in my own life right now. However, I feel like this is a conversation that we don’t have to have, or that we’re obligated to have, but it’s one we get to have as women right now, which is why I want to talk about it today on the podcast. In this potent episode, you’ll hear:   The reasons why I look at aging as both a blessing and a gift [4:52] One of the specific questions that really supports me on my journey of aging [10:13] My experiences in going through 5 IVF cycles and how it affected my body at that time [12:35]  The forms of movement and rest that serve me when it comes to connecting and listening to my body more [15:06] How it’s ok to feel everything that comes up with aging [20:02] When it comes to aging, I believe that it is a blessing and a gift  that we allow ourselves, and there are absolutely no rules that you have to follow or adhere to. That’s why I feel it is  perfectly ok for you to experience resistance, sadness, and all the feelings that come with it. I hope that by sharing my thought process and experiences with aging, it will help you as well on your very own journey.  If this conversation fuels you, I want to share that we are having our final chapter, our last Elegant Femme live event at the end of November.
