BeautyMe with Charisse Kenion - A podcast by Charisse Kenion

Honestly, I've been super excited to share this week's episode with you. Today's guest is Chloe Pierre, a London-based Digital Marketing and Branding Specialist, who's also the founder of @thy.self, an online wellness platform focused on embracing self-love, self-care and diversifying the wellness industry.

I've long admired Chloe's Instagram content because she seems to have very centred approach; she knows who she is, unapologetically. In this #lockdown-focused episode we talk about a ton of things, from prepping ourselves for the changes that menopause can inflict on our bodies and skin, to never feeling like you quite fit the beauty standards that society 'expects', as well as within your own family. Chloe shares how she came to feel confident and happy in her body and we also discuss the things we're most looking forward to once we're finally allowed back 'outside'. One thing we both agree on is; we're not going 'back to normal', and we're okay with that.

I hope you love this episode because we loved making it, and this isn't the last time you're going to hear Chloe on the podcast; we're cooking up something pretty special so be sure to stay tuned over on Instagram @beautymepodcast to keep informed. In the meantime, you can find Chloe @chloepierreldn, and follow @thy.self too! As always, I would love it if you could hit subscribe and leave a review. Until next time, stay safe, and sane.
