Courageous Leadership with Iain White

Iain White was a headteacher for over 25 years in Glasgow. First at Govan High, where he had 100% positive destinations for his leavers despite some dire socioeconomic backgrounds and 60% of his school roll entitled to free school meals. Secondly at Newlands Junior College where Iain provided alternative provision for young people who were at risk in S3 and S4 of leaving education with nothing to show for it.
