Becoming More Significant with Sylvia Baldock - A podcast by Sylvia Baldock

Born and educated in South Africa, Saskia moved to the UK after a successful career in Human Resources and Organisational Development. This move provided her with the luxury of really getting to know my children whilst considering my next steps. Over the past 20 years her career path has included teaching as well as generalist Human Resource roles. Saskia is currently the Head of Human Resource Development at Activate Learning following a successful and varied career within the Further Education sector.  Saskia is an intuitive leader with a real desire to make a difference and add value. She sets high standards for her own performance and encourages those around her to do the same.  She believes everyone is capable of doing amazing things as long as they want to do it and as long as they feel supported and there is a safe psychological space to allow them to explore and take risks and feel the fear and do it anyway!Reach out to Saskia here: [email protected] Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/saskia-larsen-4019a53/*                             *                                  *                                  *Sylvia Baldock has been transforming lives from the tender age of 13 when she ran a youth group for deprived teenagers in Glasgow, Scotland.Throughout her varied career from Theatre Sister in Open heart Surgery to a Masterclass Facilitator, Speaker, Business Mentor/Coach and Author, Sylvia has inspired and motivated thousands of people to recognise the unique value they bring to the workplace and to live a life of purpose and impact by Becoming More Significant.Sylvia works with Leaders, Aspiring Leaders, Teams and Individuals who want to increase visibility, confidence, focus, clarity, communication, collaboration, motivation, productivity and growth. If you would like to know how you can Become More Significant right now, book a 20 minute free coaching call by emailing  [email protected]
