bh1: let's start at the beginning

We are Mr and Mrs H. We're a married couple in their 40s (only just, mind) and having fun and adventures in the swinging lifestyle. We've had plenty of ups, some downs and even more ups and downs. We're relatively new but we'd like to share our experiences, what we've learned and have a good ole natter about what we've been up to. Each week, we talk about our journey, our top tips and tackle a question or two.
