Zyzz | Gone But Not Forgotten | The Legend of Aziz Shavershian

Before They Were Famous - A podcast by Michael McCrudden

It’s been over ten years now since the death of Sydney bodybuilder and one of the pioneers of social media influencing -- Aziz “Zyzz” Shavershian – the young man who was famous for his transformation from a lanky teen with little meat on his bones into a stunning Adonis who made damn near every woman around him swoon thanks to those amazing washboard abs. More than just a bodybuilder, Zyzz was on the search for something beyond gains and personal records as he transformed himself into an internet sensation looking to inspire other young outcasts to stop being what he liked to refer to as “Sad C...” – actually you know what? I can’t finish that sentence. Maybe if I was from England or Australia, but over here in North America, the C-word is a big no, no. Anyway, with the 11-year anniversary of his death just passed, I thought it would be a good time to share his story with you all and look at the legacy he left behind. So, if you wanna go from “jelly” to “Mirin”, then stick with us as we celebrate the life of Zyzz here on Gone but Not Forgotten.
