Adrian’s freelance journey began after his wife became ill. When his employer wouldn’t offer him paid leave, he handed in his notice to care for her and their two young sons. More than a decade later, Adrian’s creative agency is still going strong and he’s learned how to weather the storms. He shares his biggest lessons so far with Steve.
